Claypot rice wannabe

Unfortunatley I haven't had the chance to purchase a claypot yet but this was my attempt at doing it in a normal pot. Probably wouldn't have made much of a diff if I had used a claypot coz this was a botched job.

Ingredients:

• Chinese mushrooms
• Chicken
• Dark & light soy
• Oyster sauce

Didn't quite taste right...oh well. Bad thing was made quite a big batch so took me about 5 meals to finish this one :(
